Doing the right thing

Staying healthy isn’t just about eating healthy food occassionally or playing sport every second weekend. It’s about doing the right thing for your body every day – finding a balance and a way of living that fits you. It will be worth it! This may require a change in your behaviour, but there are a few things to think about to get into a healthy pattern.

  • Keep active to stay physically fit and mentally healthy; to lift your mood; to increase your energy; and improve your sleep.
  • Good food is not only a fatigue buster, it is important for maintaining mental and physical health.
  • Avoid drugs and, either reduce your alcohol consumption, or avoid it totally. The bad health effects of these two products are well known.
