Carols in the Park - Event Sound, Lighting & LED Screen Solutions

At AV Kiwi, we love being part of events that bring communities together. For this project, our team was responsible for the complete technical production setup, transforming an empty outdoor stage into a professional event space ready for performers and audiences.

The day began with delivering and positioning all of the production equipment before assembling the stage truss system. Once the structure was in place, we installed a professional lighting rig, carefully positioning and programming the fixtures to provide vibrant stage washes and dynamic effects throughout the event.

Alongside the lighting, we installed a high-resolution LED screen to provide clear, bright visuals for the audience. The screen was configured and tested to ensure seamless playback and reliable performance throughout the event.

Our team also supplied and installed the complete sound system, ensuring even audio coverage across the venue. Every speaker, microphone, and audio component was carefully tuned to deliver crystal-clear sound for both performers and guests.

As the setup progressed, every piece of equipment underwent thorough testing to ensure the lighting, audio, and visual systems worked together flawlessly. Seeing the stage transform from an empty space into a fully functioning production is always one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
